Who called from 5032013423

Just got a call...again!! Every once in a while I get one on my cell. I just don't answer them anymore.
How do they get these cell #'s? Does it have to do with the service provider? I have Virgin Mobile.

I just got the same message and I'm with Virgin Mobile as well. This ticks me off because with my plan, they will block text message #'s but not actual calls. I think that's a crock and I will complain to them. Seems like somehow they got a # list from Virgin.

it is a spam voicemail trying get you to sign up for some type of health care

It's not just Virgin Mobile.  I'm on Verizon and just got called.

I'm on the 'Do Not Call List' yet I continue to get calls from this number.
