Who called from 5032016910

Got a call and didn't answer.
I don't answer calls on numbers that I do not recognize.

I too just got a call from this number like two minutes ago and they just hung up.  I only answered because I know someone in Portland and wasnt sure of their number.
Very annoying - I have a new home number and I get almost 5 calls a day like this (but different numbers)  any time I get a person on the other end I advise NOT INTERESTED AND TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST.  They have to honor it within 30 days and it at least slows down these types of calls
