Yaaa, just got it to... Called back and always get a busy tone

Answered and it was a spam message re: boarding passes for a cruise to Nassau.

Just got a call from this number for the 3rd time. My phone says it's coming from Portland, OR.
Just as everyone else describes: Loud ship horn and a guy saying something along the lines of,"This is you captain speaking...take this survey and when a cruise for 2 to the Bahamas.."
I took the survey to see what it was for. None of the questions were very personal. Just questions like whether I am male of female, if I am a home owner, if I have health insurance, if I have diabetes... Then the same guy in the recording before came on thanking and congratulating me for my 2 cruise passes, then telling me to hold to speak with an operator. I waited for about 2 minutes then a man answered.
Him- "Let me get your first and last name." (so fast it was almost incomprehensible)
Me- "Wait, what is this for exactly?"
Him-"Uh, for a cruise.."
Me- "No, I've gathered that. What.. I guess, company? or institution is this for?"
Him- "uh my g-" *hangs up*

Rather annoying.

The 503-201-8757 number called my cell. It was commercial. I hung up. Very strange!
