got a call by this at 10:14am today, didn't answer and no voicemail. i don't give out my cell so don't know how they got it

I received this call at 1:15am EST and they said I could have 2 free cruise tickets if I answered 10 question survey. I hung up because I smelled a scam. the distinctive click prior to the beginning of the recording was the first tip-off. I'll also report it to the donotcall.gov site.
