I got an automated message from a "Jill Scott" asking me to take a few minutes to hear about how I can get health care coverage at a discount. The call came in around 9 a.m. in Detroit area Michigan

Have received two calls on my cellphone from this number with a recoded message trying to sell me health insurance. My home phone is bad enough, but now my cellphone too? Very aggravating
