The title showing up in caller ID is "American Steel". I finally answered to declare that I am registered in the "Do Not Call Registry" and to take our names and phone number off their list. They turned out to be hard to understand foreigners trying to "sell medical insurance" mentioning Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This was because of Obama care. They obviously were scammers considering the caller ID name. They still called back and I stated that I would report them if they didn't stop calling.
