Gal named Ericka called - asked several questions about the business. Said she was calling for a client. After giving her a few details about the company, she said that was all she had to ask. A few minutes later, she called again asking for a physical address. When I gave her a PO box, she said it would not work in her database for a "referral program". This was abviously a ploy to get info for what ever reason.

This number is for United Behavioral Health, an Employee Assistance Program. They do Resource and Referral nationwide, and ask questions so they can provide referrals to their clients. It is not a scam.
Woman called 4/7/2009 and asked for me by name. When told I was not home, she said she would call back. I tried calling back the number on caller ID, but a recording said the number is not in service.
