I got this number on my caller Id 5 times.... just today!! And they leave no voice mail, I actually answered the 5th call and it was a recorded message that told me to call another number, but they siad it so fast, I couldn't remember or write it down..... whatever happened to talking to a "LIVE" person??

This number has been calling and hanging up on my voicemail for days. Then they called my workplace. Then they finally left a message on my voicemail but they rambled so fast I had no idea what they were saying. Since I do not use these people for medical services this is simply harassment. Reported as a Do Not Call complaint and if it continues I will report it to the FTC.
This is confirmed as the business office of Providence Medical Center,Portland, OR, where I have a monthly payment plan, which has been made on time. They said my payment plan was frozen for reasons they didn't know and reset the payment plan as it was originally set up. I do not consider this facility to be a debt collector. They were actually apologetic and very considerate, although they had called with an automated system twice a half hour apart before I checked this site and decided to call back.
Because all the sources of my income and assets are exempt from collection action, I don't ever pay bills sent to a collection agency, but I do pay patient health care providers that stay polite and fair to gain provider good will for the long term.
