They called our business; B-8 Vrc B-8 showed on the Caller ID. A woman asked for my husband, and butchered the last name, obviously it wasn't somebody who knew us. She was VERY reluctant to give me any information. I had to ask several questions, which she answered impatiently and without elaboration - making me draw out every detail. I'm quite sure she thought I was a pesky receptionist she had to get past; um, no -- I also own the place. I asked what this was regarding, she said it’s about a luncheon for MDA on (Sept 8?) at Joe’s Crab Shack. I said what is MDA? She (testily) said “Muscular Dystrophy Association. Is Terry available?” I said no and don’t call again thanks.
Googling this phone number brought up Muscular Dystrophy Association. But Googling B-8 Vrc B-8 brought up VRC World Events page, https://www.vrcworld.com/events/event.aspx?event=7759, but they're a Nascar / racing / etc sort of thing. Not sure what to make of that. BLOCKED.
