this same no# call my house SOUNDED like he was high on something i do not think he new he was still on the phone i could hear him talking to someone else "saying ask them for a flipping loan " he was yelling at him.... like i said i think they were really wasted . WHAT A JERKSSSSSSSSSSS .

I just received 2 calls from this number - my caller ID also showed R & R Holding. The first call was from a man who claimed he couldn't hear me and kept yelling hello into the phone, then he said there was something wrong with his phone and hung up. About 1 minute later I received a 2nd call from the same number - a woman, who quickly said "sorry wrong number" and she hung up also....
I received a call from 503-265-8607. Since the caller for some reason could not hear me when I picked up, we both hung up. Glad to know I should not answer.

same thing for me, some guy called and said he couldnt hear me and he would call back, then 10 seconds later a lady called and i said this isnt the same person that called the first time,then she hung up. im gonna report them to the national do not call registery, they will be fined 11,000 for every person they call that is registered, so lets put these thieves out of biz. https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
