I receive same call for Beaverton OR ! what is it ?

I received a call a little after 9 am (July 17, 20133) on my Fido mobile phone in Vancouver, BC.  They left a message saying that if I punched "1" on my phone, I'd win two tickets for a cruise to Barbados.  I wish Fido would provide a Call Blocking service.

I got the same call on my cell. Did not answer as I did not recognize the area code. I'm in Central Ontario

Received a phone call from 1(503)277-3521 on July 17th, 2013 and ignored it b/c my phone told me it was from Beaverton, Oregon and I don't know anyone from that region. These unwanted phonecalls need to stop!
