Agreed, had same type issue happen which led to my research on internet. Westerman Family is crazy, all member have pending law suits/ and or criminal reccords. They don't have anything better to do than harrass you all the time!!

Don't do business with this company! We rented an apartment Star-Crest Manor 12608 SE Alder # 61, PDX, Or 97233, from the same guy, Lee Westerman, who owns Able Communications.
When we moved in, the high-pressured us to switch from our cable to Able cable. Then when you do, you get double the market billing and charges compared to if you owned a home and had the same Star Dish-network. Those who don't switch, suddenly find themselves with cable that isn't working, is messed up, or constantly disconnected.
Don't move here, or to any other JMW owned properties, don't fall for the Able Cable either. This place is bad, really bad. And has multiply law suits against it at one time.
