Thanks for the getting back to me and your application,I am satisfied with the content and information in your application form.i can see your willingness in this rent. I shall be giving you the apartment for rent,pls again take care of the apartment so that i might be glad when coming at the end to see how you are really taking good care of the apt.
However,if you are ready to rent the apartment now,then that will not be a problem but i will advice you due to a responsible person like you, to be able to afford the first month and Security deposit now ($1050) and also I would like to send the following document to you via the FedEx Express to the address you send to me and the tracking number will be sent to you so that you can possible occupy our apartment,Pls once again,i am giving you this on trust and do not dissappoint me and i promise you that,you will love the apartment.
I will also like to tell you that you can pay half of the first month rent and the security deposit which is $525 and when you have received the keys and the document then you can pay the other half which is $525 for you to know that i am actually going to be renting the apartment to you and also for you to know that you are going to be receiving the keys and the package.It is also part of the half of the first month rent and the security deposit which is $525,i will use in paying the FedEx Express in shipping the package to the address you gave me.I am doing this based on trust i have in you that you are going to be taking good care of the apartment.
So i am with the below document here with me and i will like to know whether you are ready for the payment of this first month and security deposit because i shall be coming by any time but not too soon to check on you so that i can know how you take care of our apartment for us.
Here are the contents of the document.
1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2)Paper/Permanent apartment form(Containing your reference details)
3)The apartment documentary file.
4)Payment Receipt.
5)Full address and description of the apartment.
So pls get back to me today so that I can get back to you with the payment information in making the payment through Western Union Money Transfer.I await your reply ASAP.
