Called my comapny today and asked for me then hung up. When I called back the number went to voicemail saying PBS & Associates. Did some research. They are PBS & Associates (Paul Bjorn Smith) at 5319 SW WESTGATE DR STE 38. Also listed at that address is Timberline Health Benefits, LLC. The authorized representative is listed as Paul Bjorn Smith. Thier phone number is 503-292-2075. I would suggest you give them a call, weather you talk is up to you. Then you can call David Griggs of Dolan Griggs LLP, the registered agent for PBS & Associates, his phone number is 503-228-7500. Maybe with enough pushing back the harrasment will stop.
We got a call today for one of the attorneys. I asked to take a message and the man said he would call back later. I asked him to please leave a message and he simply hung up on me. I hit *69 and this was the number. I tried calling it and got a message that the mailbox was full. I'll bet it's full with people like me trying to get these guys to leave them alone. These people will not get through to the attorneys without giving a name and number. They are just wasting their time but with no consideration of my time. What a bunch of jerks.
Received a call to the business asking for the owner. I said he was not available,who was calling. The woman said "so he's not available?" I asked who was calling, she said "Meredith". Asked me if I was his wife. I said NO,then she said, well I was just asking! I asked what the call was in reference to and she said she would call back and hung up! Very annoying.
