I am sick and very upset because I receive telephone calls from at least 5 unknown to me plus several friends or acquaintance phone numbers who affirm to me they have not called me in the past year. The State of Oregon's office told me the calls are from outside the United States of america. The have also told me that there is nothing they can do. However, the ABC affiliate in Portland, Oregon, KATU reported that a Banking Company is at fault so we should write the numbers down and date they called my number.
