I receive calls from this number on a daily basis and it is very annoying.  Why can't someone or a government agency put a stop to these calls as it is such a nuisance.  I have no debts and have zero collection agencies hounding me except for this fraudulent outfit.

Definitely a scam need to shut these pigs down!

They keep calling my cell phone. This is irritating and a scam - they are burning my cell minutes.

Received almost FIFTY calls from them so far.
They are a DISREPUTABLE collection agency that has the credibility of group of pedophiles!

The caller ID says Clatskanie OR 503-308-6052.
(Failure to use a the TRUE caller ID with your COMPANY NAME and ACTUAL phone number is a violation of Federal and Oregon collections laws).
Their message in my mail box goes something like this: This message is for (no name) from the offices of Gold Star Management...You 1-800-708-2957 and when call please refer to your file number (no file number given)...etc..etc.

So, I called the 800 number (from a pay phone so it costs THEM about $2.00 min per call) and asked for their full company name and the STREET address of their Statutory Agent (per to accept court summons) and they gave me a FAKE ADDRESS of:
4470 SW Hall Blvd
Beaverton, OR 97005

HOWEVER, according to the Oregon Secretary of State, the contact information for Gold Management is:
Terry Elain HOLIHAN
14916 SW SCHOLLS FERRY RD APT 101 E
BEAVERTON,OR 97007

Does Terry Elain Holihan know she is associated with people that have the integrity of pedophiles?

These calls are from Gold Star Management. A DISREPUTABLE collections agency.

FIGHT BACK! CALL THEIR 800 number from a pay phone OFTEN!
