Saw a message from this number on my incoming message list and, since I don't know anyone in Gresham (where the call was supposedly coming from) I was just curious. I haven't tried to call it.
Recording--talking about debt consolidation. "Press 0 for more details; press 6 to remove your number from this calling list" I'm already on the national do not call list (donotcall.gov), so I traced this call thru qwest for $1.50 charge to put it on the record. Ironically, the only other annoying and persistent calls I've been getting have been FROM QWEST...
My wife recieved a call from the same number. It came up on the caller ID as Blocked Name, but the number appeared. My wife pressed 0 and the man asked her questions regarding refinancing a home loan at 3.5%. The minimum they would refinance was $100,000. She said she wasn't interested in that much and he said "OK" and hung up. I tried to call the number back, and it says the call can't be completed as dialed.
We, too, are on the do not call list.
