I did the same thing, asked for info to be given but they call 4x a day, beginning at 9 a.m. & stopping at 9 p.m., & don't leave a message. I haven't been able to catch the call yet, but today I should be able to & I will let them know I am no longer interested due to this way of running their facility; very annoying!!!
Received a call at my Office on 9/24/2012. They stated they were from University of Phoenix, but would leave a message or tell my office manager why they were calling.
I signed up for information from the University of Phoenix, thinking maybe they would call and possibly leave a message as to who they were but no. Instead, they keep calling, relentlessly. I received a call at 9:30 at night, 5 in the afternoon, 12 in the afternoon, and 7 in the morning. I will be leaving a very angry message to these people if it keeps happening. The people calling need to just leave a message, and assume we will either call back, or not. Not remain an anonymous caller who (if you're smart enough) will not be picked up for.
Requested info from University of Phoenix and started getting calls (no messages) at 8AM the following morning. While at work, I have missed 4 calls from this number.
