Called on my cell. No message left

Called on my office phone. I called back, answered by vacation members, when stated I wanted my number removed, the lady made a laughing snorting sound and hung up !

I did call back again and this time when I asked to have this number removed a different lady was very
polite and stated she would remove my number.

Received a call, they were polite and offered me a package that I am considering to buy.
