Who called from 5033632182

They called with a blocked name...I don't receive blocked anything so not sure who it was but just thought i would put it here.

Just recieved a call from 503-363-2182 , I let my machine pick it up and of course they did not leave a message. Name was blocked as well.

Caller ID says "Public Affairs C" (it gets cut off after the C).  I didn't answer.  I called back and they are doing a survey on the Sno-Isle Library system which is local to me in Washington State but the call comes from someone in Oregon, which I thought was interesting.  When I asked why I was on the call list despite being on the DNC list, the gal told me she didn't need to talk to me for being rude!  LOL!  So, I'm still on their call list!  Sheesh!  Good luck with this one!

Caller ID said "Affairs Counse".  I left it for the machine.  They left no message.  Looks like this is an old "survey" attempting to annoy people again.
