I am getting calls from the same person. A guy with a accent that I would describe as back country and older. His voice sounds like he is between 40 - 60.

As I was checking back for replies to my original post I noticed my post could use some clarification.
I get calls from the above numbers from the same person. When I answer, he doesn't say anything and he does not leave messages. When I call back he answers the same way as if he was expecting someone to ask "who is this because I just received a call from this number", he then goes on kindly to that the same thing keeps happening to him. I eventually caught on to him as I recognized that his voice is exactly the same as that of the previous callbacks that I have made over the past 2 months. Be aware of similar nonsense.
