This number has recently started calling.  When I see just a city & state, I know it's a telemarketer or charity and never answer. This says Salem, OR. When I call it back, it says it is a disconnected number. The snooty or rude attitude many of you describe must come from the fact they feel safe knowing we cannot find them. I thank you all for your reports. Sounds like it's better to just not answer at all.
