I got a call from this number asking for another name. I said they weren't here. The woman hung up. I Googled the number, found above, and called back. A male voice said they were a fundraising agency and another search of the phone number showed :

I get four to five calls from them a week. I answer and there is no one there. After about five or six seconds I hear three beeps and they're gone. I wish I could get them to stop. I would like to talk to the genius that set up these auto calls. I talk with my hands....
The # 503-390-9272 will not cease calling my California Uncle! He gets more than one call per day from these people, bugging him to death!
He is 89 years old. PLEASE tell them to STOP calling him at [removed]
