Same thing, no message. Rather annoying if you ask me.

Just got this number.  They hung up.

Recording from an auto warranty scam. So annoying that they spoof local numbers to get people to answer and FCC can't do anything about it.

sounded like someone breathing on the other end; they hung up after a few hello? from me

Them: "Hello, can I talk to the business owner?" Me: "The business owner is busy with a customer..." [puts phone down and walks away]
