This number is a Bandwidth.com number being used by scammers, saying they are with PGE, and trying to get utility customers, mostly businesses, to pay a supposed "Overdue" bill by buying a Green Dot card. This is a nationwide scam. Do not fall for it. Scammers are most likely calling from another country.

Got a call at 11am pacific time, at my restaurant. Guy tells me that he's with PGE or something like that. Then tells me that, on my last PGE statement, I didn't confirm about a scheduled meter upgrade that will turn off my electricity at 12pm today. I told him that that will affect my business because it's in the middle of my rush hour. He then tells me to go to a location (21855 sw TV Hwy - googled it - which is a 7-11 store) and pay through a Same Day Payment Money Pack for the amount of $400+. Cash only. I asked him why it was cash only because PGE accepts every form of payment. He then tells me that I need to do cash only for this because that will stop the meter upgrade affecting my electricty cutoff. I tell him ok. He then tells me to call him back once I make the payment. If I don't make a payment within 1/2 hour, he'd give me a call back. It all sounds fishy so I decided to google the address and google the phone number. Thank you Dan McGetrick for posting about this number.
