"I received a call from 503-401-7455 earlier today. They actually left a message and said it was 'US Bank'."
Got a call @ 7:41: 800-872-2625, ID read "toll free". They asked for someone who is not me, I asked what number they dialed, they told me they dialed 651-225-XXXX. I told them they called 651-224-XXXX. They hung up.
One minute later, I got a call from: 503-401-7455 ID U S Bank (not USbank). It was the same woman. I told her my number again, and she rudely replied that she specifically manually dialed 651-225-XXXX and got me. I told her again what number she must have dialed and started to explain how simple it would be to send her qwest phone records... she cut me off and tersely said (in more words) that I was lying and that they would just keep calling back.
No calls yet (8:02). I called USbank customer service, and the rep said they had outsourced some things to telemarketers, but had no further info.
