robocall. get at least one a day from a random 503 number. no idea who sold my number, but i hope they step in dog poo today and track it all over their house.
"Emily" wanted to offer done sort of a deal involving resorts.....supposedly I had stayed in one of their resorts.....a recording phishing for information. I hung up right away.
As soon as I block one number from Miss Emily (usually a robocall), I get the same call a week later from a different number (listed as from Gresham on Caller ID). At this rate we'll run out of 503 #'s for legitimate people to use. When are they going to get the message to stop calling? This is really ticking me off as I don't know how they got my cell # as I rarely give it out to businesses and it seems like these so called resort telemarketers don't respect the Do Not Call registry. When is the government going to start working for the people instead of corporations and enact laws to put a stop to these types of annoyances and also protect people's privacy instead of stripping us of our privacy?
