Said they were selling discounted vacations and they needed three hours of time to attend a sales pitch for time shares. I let them talk. I finally said that if the end result of this call was to obtain a credit card number from me, that, wasn't going to happen. So, beware.
Got a call from 503-457-1021 on 11/18/2011 at 11:28 am CST. Called the number back Saturday morning at 8:15 am and got an automated computer-generated message thanking me for calling back.... no identification of the actual company, only a vague reference to marketing organizations or its representatives. Clearly a telemarketing call of only a slightly different flavor. I'm reporting this number to the FCC and the FTC "Do Not Call" database. I encourage all of you who get these calls to do the same.
