Who called from 5034571124

Me too, I called back and and a recorded voice said the number was temporarily unavailable.

Not sure who this is ??

503 457 1124 Caller ID said PACTEL

Got a call from 503-457-1124 - no one on the other end.  who is this?  Tried calling back- message said this number is temporarily unavailable.

Caller ID says Oregon, if answered there is a pause then a canned voice says "goodbye" and it disconnects.
This happens several times a week and for months now and is really irritating. If they cannot market to Canada don't call Canadian area codes. What kind of stupid &^%$@$*%# are these?

I have a sister in Oregon and in an emergency she could call from any number so I answer it if I don't clue into the 503 457 1124 right away.
