Who called from 5034571132

For the last month have constantly received calls from 503-457-1132.  Caller never leave messages.  Caller ID says call came from PACTEL.  Who and what is PACTEL?  I do not know or have any affiliation with PACTEL and do not want them to keep calling me.

This number calls everyday and never leaves a message. I don't know anyone living there. I did answer once and they hung up. After reading the above posts I am SHOCKED. I have also been getting calls from 619-516-8870 when  I looked up this number they are also from PACTEL which I don't know who they are but they are calling from two different numbers everyday!

I can't understand how these people are getting my number. when it is unlisted.

We are receiving calls from phone number 503-902-8279 (the name listed is PACTEL).  They do not leave a message, but have called 3 times today.  We do not wish to continue to receive their calls. Please add this number to our DNC list.
