Called my cell phone on March 19, 2012 and left no message. Traced call as a cell phone in Tillamook, Tillamook, Oregon that has been active since 2003. Did not want to call them back for fear that it would validate my cell phone number.

The same place called my cell phone. I think it's a random dialing machine because my cell number hasn't been circulated anywhere except family and friends.
