received call from this number.  robo call stating the crime was high in my district and I was a winner of a free security system.  How can anyone in Oregon know the crime is high in my district, in my home town, in the state of Texas.  Have reported this number to the Do not Call list.

I am on the do not call list, and this came up solutions on my caller id.  Who are they and why are they calling me???
