Just got the call on my cell at 11:14 CST on 01/13/2012. Caller ID was number only. Did not answer. No message left by caller.

Based on other posts, glad I didn't. I can't stand getting these kinds of calls on my mobile!!

I just got the phone call at 11:16 am 1/13/2011.  I called them back and said it was a "marketing service" (i.e. telemarketer), but then asked me to press 1 to not be called again.  Not sure if that was the thing to do or not......
