Apparently, this is a cold sales call from a company in Oregon selling GE security systems. The call begins with a supposed FBI warning, and then continues on to either the sales department or provides an option to be placed on their "do not call" list. 8 calls later, it becomes apparent that they ignore option #2.
Selecting option #1 is even more interesting. Any response other than "Yes, I want your techs to come visit me" results in an immediate disconnect - and another series of calls a day or so later.
I will try to get more information on the actual calling company on the next call cycle.

Thanks for your informational message. Got a call from this number today. No message. These telemarketers are really getting aggressive even if you are on a do not call list.
keep getting phone calls from this number...it says pacifictel on the caller id...i tried to call the number back and it says its a "disconnected pacifictel number." Am frustrated because about 2 weeks ago, i put myself on their do not call list...UGH
