It's pretty easy to determine when "they" are telemarketers. Extremely rude when trying to get information in order to leave accurate messages. This guy identified himself as Nick Smythe from The Petra Group (looked up and they provide web design/marketing services). Said he would call back tomorrow and abruptly hung up.

They are calling an average of 10 times a day to my place of work also....then they just hang up... wonder if The Petra group appreciate paying their staff to sit on the phone all day hanging up on people
