I don't know who John Wallneir is, but I've never solicited ANY sort of search campaign or any business whatsoever.
In fact, I have NEVER telemarketed for our business, because we already have more than enough business - Not to mention that we're organic specialists that wouldn't be soliciting PPC...
Looking at the date, I suspect this is fallout from a failed blackmail attempt that I wrote about a couple months before this appeared. I suspect the owners left this fake complaint here...
