The agent handling calls at 503-528-2275 is Becky Walton, her voicemail is computer generated and just indicated the person answering calls at ext 221 is not available, please leave a message.
When asked - she said due to FDCPA she is not allowed to leave more specific information with a message for you. I tried to call her at least 4 times today between 11:40AM -1:40PM PST, before she finally answered.
(I read the FDCPA and possibly she is referring to the "communication with third parties" or "contact by embarassing media" clauses, which say she cannot leave a message that others may hear that would embarass you..
(Which she should be able to satisfy those requirements with FDCPA, if she has my recording saying that my voicemail is private and secure.)
