Caller ID says "Paging Phone, CA 818-870-8182" ... but when I look up my phone records online, the real number is shown as 503-534-3200, which is in Oregon.

I got the same number calling my phone on numerous occasions as well. They never leaves a message and you can not get a call to go back through to that number. I belive this is related to the scam on the 503-591-5482 number as well. They are looking for you to pick up the phone so they can trunk onto your internet line. Do not answer it.
