Sorry I wrote the wrong area code. It is not 503, it is 508. I went ahead and called the number and received a recording asking me to push 1 is I wanted to be removed from the calling list. I didn't push anything to see if there was more options, but they just hung up after a second.
I did some research on this number, 508-535-3492. The companies name is Healthcare Services, a telemarketer type of business, trying to sell you medical benefits. If you do answer the phone call, you will hear a recording about such things, and can push 1 to be connected to an operator. When doing so, you can ask the operator to remove you from the list. If you don't answer the phone call you can call back, in which a recording will instruct you to press 1 to remove your number from the call list. You will not be able to do anything else except press 1, and if you do not the phone will be disconnected. Hope this helps everyone.
