Called from that number 503-543-1706 with dead air, usually will "F" with the callers about free stuff as I know it is a scam, my favorite is faking a 10yr old voice (clearly a fake) and asking the caller why they are trying to sell to a 10 year old, and the response from them (several times now) " u muthfker" "why u do this to me, muthfukr"
