When I pick up, they say "there is no problem with your credit card, it is important you speak with us, blah, blah, blah" something about lowering my interest rate. I hit the button to speak with someone so I could tell them to remove me from their call list and there were 40+ people ahead of me waiting to speak with someone!

I just received a call from 503-5435471 and "rejected the call because I did not recognize the number. It was from Scappose, Oregon. The did NOT leave a message. I knew it was a TELEMARKETER.
I am so fed up with this so-called "lower the interest rate on your credit card" calls, that each time I receive a call (& there have been TONS of calls to my cell), I stop whatever I'm doing & prepare & send a complaint to FCC. I block number on my iPhone & they just call back using a different number. In today's complaint to the FCC, I wrote that if the NSA can listen to all our calls, then it certainly has the means & technology to stop these scum robo callers!
