When I answered it was a recording that said that I requested a health insurance quote online from BCBS but I hung up after that because I haven't made any inquiries like that. They keep calling at all hours of the day and night.
I've been getting these calls for awhile. Finally decided to see what it was. A recorded message about getting a reverse mortgage on a paid up house. That's a far as they got as I hung up. My opinion - reverse mortgages are idiotic.
The name senator came up on called id and then a recording for health insurance. A man came on the phone saying he was with blue cross/blue shield but he would have to put my family with another company called Core Health. Wanted me to sign up without seeing any paperwork. He said it was against the law to send this type of paperwork through any sort of correspondence. I told him I wouldn't sign up for anything without seeing it first and he hung up.
