Called me at work, not sure what his name was but he had a very heavy accent and said they had some affidavit against my name and SSN and I need to call them back right away. I've had this happen to me before because I used to use payday loans a few years ago. I have not received any payday loans recently and i have my bank statements to prove it. This is a scam for sure. They must be able to prove something in writing that you owe them money. In the past when I have asked for them to mail me something they said they emailed me which is good enough. I don't think so!!
rec'd a voicemail at work, my voicemail said the call came from this # but the message i received was from some foreign person, maybe Arabic, Iranian, not sure but he said his name was Mark Harrison??? and i needed to call him back at 347-671-0356. anyway says i owe payday loan and they are threatening me with all kinds of law suits, arressting me, and filing negative info. against my name and SS#. I am not paying for something i never recieved and i do have my bank statements to show i never recieved this money.
