Who called from 5035630087

This was the latest in a seemingly endless series of recorded messages that offer to "lower your interest rate"

As usual I reported the call to the FCC via their do not call web page

I have know received two phone calls from this number.  One to my cell and one to my home.  When I asked the person who they were.  Both Katie and a young man hung up.  Why hang up??? The calls are misleading and they should be put out of business.  They are trying to get your credit card numbers???????
