Received a call at my office 503-563-0175. Caller ID identified caller as Linn West (OR). Brief silence when I answered, then call disconnected. Got a call on my cell phone yesterday from a similar number (same area code) - 503-457-1034. Caller ID identified caller as No name. A woman with a heavy accent asked for me by name. There was a lot of background noise. I hung up without responding.
