Said that my computer was sending out service requests (or something) on the web. Told me I'd already paid for the service through Microsoft and offered to help me fix the problem before the malware took it over. I said I had the best virus protection available, leery of someone taking over my computer, I told him the computer wasn't even on. It shut him up. Afterwards I did a deep scan, nothing.

The lady asked how I was doing...I said,"not so good...what do you want?" She proceeded to talk about women and breast cancer and I hung up. (I had just put my 11 yr old dog to sleep and I was in no mood to be a nice person and won't be for some time.) I am tired of con artist!
