Who called from 5036621099

I have been getting calls with no message from this number for the past couple of weeks.  Sometimes a couple of calls a day.

The same with me. Multiple calls a day from 503-662-1099. Unknown caller.

I answered the call and they claimed to be from The Oregonian. But they tried to get me to say "yes" on a recorded line and I don't see this number as an associated The Oregonian number on-line. It sounds like a scam to me.

Calls at least once a day won't leave message. I have sent a text back with no response

I've been getting calls for day from this number,  no msg, nothing.  It's so annoying.
