Called Feb 23, 2014, listed as Unknown Name at 3:38 pm. I never answer the phone and have turned off my answering machine forever. I live in the Portland, Oregon area.
My phone blocks BLOCKED numbers. This call comes through as 7709470:80198053 1-503-683-7941. They keep calling once last night at 7:54PM and then again at 9:57AM today. They never leave a message. I don't answer whom I don't know who it is. I am on DNC list but I was told that POLITICAL and PUBLIC surveys are EXEMPT from this... they should NOT BE.
Who is going to start looking out for the CUSTOMERS, we pay for the phone service and if we don't want these calls we shouldn't have to put up with them!
