I got another call today from Cornelius Cong. Someone actually talked claiming to be "Andrew" calling to gather political opinions. Rudely, he hung up before I could tell them to put me on the do not call list. I called back twice, the phone rang for three minutes both times and then disconnected.
I filed an online complaint with the FCC:

The FCC said they are unable to address this kind of call. I am unclear why. I am not sure who to contact next. This guy keeps calling. Actually, he seems to call in the wave of telemarketers and bill collectors. Are they in cahoots somehow?
We get numerous calls asking for "Emily Irish". We tell them there's no one here by that name and then they launch into a sales pitch. It's to the point of harrassment and I have notified the police.
