Really sounds sketchy. Said I did a on line loan I had never paid and was going to be garnished for when I replied with let me give you my attorney info because I had filed bankruptcy her reply was I will put this as a refusal to pay and we will see you in court

This company called us and keeps calling all of our family members saying we took out an online loan (never did) and they say that they are going to take us to court, Complete SCAM!
